Apple’s Take on Vista Security

February 8th, 2007

Today when browsing www.apple.com, I saw that Apple has released another one of their cool ads on poking fun at Microsoft Windows. This new one is targeting the security advisor in Microsofts Windows Vista operating system and it’s pretty funny. Check out Apples’ video on Vista Security Advisor.

Apple’s iPod, and iTunes Releases

September 13th, 2006

Your not going to believe it, but yes it’s true… Apple has released a new version of the iPod Shuffle, iPod nano and the iPod with a the 60Gb iPod dropped for the new improved 80Gb version with new improved battery life. I won’t go over all spec changes but as usual from Apple they have come up with some innovative new improvements.

There is also a new improved version of iTunes now at version 7. It has some cool upgrades with free updates of any album artwork which is great for those CD’s you have that you ripped into iTunes. It also has two new views for you to look through your iTunes library and coming soon to Australia in 2007 we might even get the latest DVD releases to buy directly from iTunes that you can play on your computer or download to your iPod.

And to top it all off Apple have previewed their latest gizmo to incorporate all of this technology into your home. They now have what is codenamed iTV which allows you to wirelessly look at all your videos, photo’s, music, podcasts and anything else in iTunes from you computer to your HD Flat screen TV. So Apple is not only producing great computers and music players, they are building a completely integrated lifestyle range of products.

All this kind of makes releases like Windows Vista operating system, look pretty ordinary by any standard.
